By accessing or using the Ask Iyad web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Ask Iyad is an educational platform designed to help students efficiently share study materials, notes, and assignments. The Service provides functionality to organize files and, optionally, integrate with third-party cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive) to manage large uploads.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information upon registration.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service to upload malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, or distribute illegal or offensive material.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive)

The Service offers an optional integration with Google Drive to facilitate file storage. By authenticating with Google Drive through our Service:

• You grant Ask Iyad permission to act on your behalf to upload files to your personal Google Drive account.
• You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Ask Iyad is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising directly from Google's platform.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership to the content you upload. By uploading content to public or shared areas of the Service, you grant Ask Iyad a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content to authorized users within the platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ask Iyad, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
